INSTALLATION PREVIEW
Start with a host you can verify.
Claude Code is a candidate for the first agency pilot. This guide is based on the documented skill format; it is not a completed LibSkills installation test.
Compatibility pending. No supported-host badge is awarded. Claude app, Cowork, API, Codex, and other environments have not been tested for this release.
Before installing
Use an installed, authenticated local Claude Code CLI and a dedicated pilot project. Confirm your account has access and that your organization allows custom skills. The AI service’s costs and account requirements are separate from LibSkills. Consult the official Claude Code quickstart.
Explore the free prototype
- Download AG-00 and inspect the extracted folder, particularly README.md, SKILL.md, SECURITY.md, and manifest.json.
- In your dedicated pilot project, place the complete folder at
.claude/skills/client-brief-completeness-check/. The folder must containSKILL.md. Stop if another release already occupies that path. - Start a fresh Claude Code session in that project. Confirm the skill is discoverable, invoke
/client-brief-completeness-check, and supply the included fictional brief. - Review the output against the included rubric. Record the actual host/model configuration and result in the run-record template. A successful invocation alone is not a quality pass.
Project placement and direct invocation follow the official skill instructions, reviewed September 5, 2026. The ZIP contains the complete installation note.
Remove the prototype
Remove only its folder from the pilot project’s .claude/skills/ directory and start a fresh session. Keep review outputs separately if needed. Never remove another skill’s folder.
What still needs testing
Record exact configuration, installation success, realistic case outcomes, and correction effort with intended users. The release standard explains why documentation review alone does not establish compatibility.
