The proposed window
A 14-day compatibility or satisfaction refund process is proposed, subject to the actual provider rules and applicable rights. The final eligibility, request method, and response process must be published before payment is accepted.
Information for a future request
Use the order reference, skill/release, tested host, and a brief description of the issue. A resolution should not require confidential client documents or account secrets.
Access and downloads
A completed full refund would update the order and future download access. A file already downloaded is governed by its license; LibSkills does not claim it can remotely delete that file. Upgrade credits and linked orders must be reconciled so refunds never exceed cash paid.
Earlier products
